Kumaryasavam Syrup is a liquid Ayurvedic medicine used in the treatment of gastritis, urinary tract disorders etc. Kumaryasavam contains 5 – 10 % of self generated alcohol in it. This self generated alcohol and the water present in the product acts as a media to deliver water and alcohol soluble the active herbal components to the body.

Uses: 
Kumaryasavam is used in the treatment of abdominal distention, bloating, respiratory conditions like cough, cold, wheezing, piles,vata imbalance diseases and certain neurological conditions.

Ingredients:

Pakva Loha – Loha Bhasma – Iron calx – 24 g
Shunti – Ginger rhizome – 24 g
Maricha – Pepper – fruit – 24 g
Pippali – long pepper fruit – 24 g
Lavanga – clove – flower bud – 24 g
Twak – cinnamon – bark – 24 g
Ela – cardamom – 24 g
Patra – Cinnamomum tamala – leaf – 24 g
Nagakeshara – Mesua ferrea – stamen – 24 g
Chitraka – Leadwort – Plumbago zeylanica – root – 24 g
Pippali moola – long pepper root – 24 g
Vidanga – False black pepper – fruit – 24 g
Gajapippali – Java Long pepper – Piper chaba – Fruit – 24 g
Chavya – Piper chaba – Fruit – 24 g
Hapusha – Juniperus communis – Fruit – 24 g
Dhanyaka – Coriander – seed  – 24 g

Dosage:

12 – 24 ml. one or two times a day, usually advised after food.
If needed, it can be mixed with equal quantity of water.
