• Haritaki (terminalia chebula)
• Vibhtaki (terminalia bellerica)

Dosage:

• 1 tsp of triphala powder with lukewarm water before bed at night.
• Maintain a gap of 2 hrs.
• Between your dinner and taking of triphala churna.
