Panchsakar Churna  is an Ayurvedic Product, in herbal powder form.  It is used in treating constipation.  This medicine is most commonly used in North Indian Ayurvedic practice. It is named so because all the five ingredients of this product start with the letter ‘sa’

Dosage:
1 – 2  grams given along with warm water or milk  once or twice a day before or after food .

Ingredients:
10 g of each of
Shunti – Ginger – Zingiber officinalis
Swarnapatri – Senna leaves – Cassia angustifolia
Shatapushpa – Anethum sowa
Balaharitaki – Unripe fruits of Terminalia chebula
Saindhava Lavana – Rock salt.
