Each 10ml Baidyanath Ashwagandharishta contains :

• Ashwagandha : 750mg
• Musali : 300mg
• Manjishtha, Haritaki, Haridra, Dauharidra, Yasti, Rasna, Vidari, Arjuna, Mustaka each ; 151.8mg
• Trivrt, Sveta Sariva, Krsna Sariva, Candana, Citraka each : 120mg
• Madhu : 4.51g
• Dhataki : 240mg
• Sunthi : 10mg
• Marica : 10mg
• Pippali, Tvak, Ela, Tejapatra each : 20mg
• Priyangu : 60mg
• Nagakesara ; 30mg

Dosage of Baidyanath Ashwagandharishta :

3 to 6 teaspoonfull with equal quantity of water twice daily after meals or as directed by the physician.
